We Value Our Patients

So I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, checked in and took a seat in the reception room. Being on time is important. Two o'clock came and went, and went, and went....until finally 45 minutes later I decided I would reschedule in 5 minutes if not called. Three minutes later I was called, having made a commitment to myself and my patents for the future.

We at our office try to be very respectful of our patients' time and like to think you have not, and will not, wait for your appointment at our office. We realize your time is as valuable as any, and we do our best to keep our commitment to you. We schedule in a manner that each patient has as much time with us as needed or desired, and never feels rushed. We also realize that even with the best thought out plans, we can get behind (usually because I enjoy talking with my patients), and we will let you know as a courtesy. This happens rarely as we feel strongly about being prompt.
